Oh, so many good things here! I love how you write them, and I adore Ianto in this! :) I love how Ianto and Jack sort-of-connect over the "being yourself" thing, because yes, there is Jack, and there is Captain Harkness, and to a certain extent Jack hates having to be Captain Harkness, and Captain Harkness resents Jack for being carefree and wanting to skive off.
And I love Lucca's comments over decor!
